Pathlight Attendance App and 24x7 Utility [2:49]
The Pathlight attendance app is a smartphone application used to mark attendance for all employees, whether working from the Mumbai office, a client's office, or remotely. It is available on both iOS and Google Play Store. Users must grant all requested permissions for the app to function correctly and log in using their Path portal credentials. The app is mandatory for all employees except those using biometric swipe cards at the NOA office. Employees can check their attendance reports via the Path portal. Common errors include authentication failure due to incorrect credentials and issues related to internet or GPS connectivity.
The 24x7 utility is installed on computer systems to monitor team members' activity and performance during office hours. The infra support team installs this utility, and employees log in using their official email ID and system password. It is mandatory for all employees, except those working from client locations or using client systems. Employees can check their reports on the 24x7time.com website using the same login credentials. The utility is currently only available for Microsoft Windows.
Code of Ethics and Business Conduct & Foreign Corrupt Practices Guideline [12:36]
Path Infotech Limited, as a CMM level 3 and ISO-certified company, requires all employees to adhere to its code of ethics and FCPA policy. The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) is a US law prohibiting companies and employees from offering anything of value to foreign officials to gain unfair business advantages, essentially addressing bribery. Facilitation payments, small payments to expedite routine governmental actions, are illegal unless they accelerate ordinary business processes. Violations of FCPA can result in severe consequences for both the employee and the company, including disciplinary action, fines, and damage to reputation.
The company's code of ethics emphasises ethical conduct, legal compliance, and responsible governance. Core values include employee focus, credibility, integrity, commitments, and customer success. Employees must comply with relevant laws, complete mandatory compliance training, and avoid bribery and corruption. The company promotes fair competition, diversity, and a harassment-free workplace. Employees are expected to safeguard confidential information, follow data regulations, and use company resources responsibly. Conflicts of interest should be disclosed, and intellectual property must be protected. Violations should be reported immediately through the whistleblower policy.
Guidelines for Time Sheet Entry [31:06]
Submitting attendance through the time sheet system is mandatory, as it is the sole system used for salary preparation. Time sheets should be completed on the same day or within two days, with all entries for the month completed by the second of the next month. Difficulties in filling the time sheet can be addressed by contacting the HR or admin team. The total working hours for a day must be at least nine, including working, non-working, holidays, and leaves. Project-related activities must be booked under specific projects, and all activities like holidays and leaves should be applied accordingly.
To fill the time sheet, employees must log in to the Path portal and navigate to the time sheet section. The portal includes options for shift allowances, RMG allocation details, CC codes, and a holiday list. Employees must select the appropriate project, sub-project, allocated task, and task, and then input the hours spent on each task, with 1 representing 1 hour and 0.5 representing half an hour. Synopsis are critical, detailing the work done for each task, as managers review and approve time sheets based on these details.
