TLDR;
Leon returns to City 17 to find it under attack. He defends it, but suffers losses, including Europosaurus and Kenny. Driven by revenge and a desire to stop Zoran, Leon ventures to Iceworld to save Frank and others, and ultimately confronts Zoran and Spring Bonnie in a desperate battle to prevent the activation of Shambala. Despite heavy losses, including Kenny's sacrifice, Leon manages to defeat Rtophen and Spring Bonnie, opening the way to Shambala.

City 17 Under Attack [0:00]
Leon returns to City 17, which is under attack by Zoran's forces. He activates the turrets and, with Europosaurus's help, eliminates many enemies. Leon rushes to protect the animals, saving Parrot, Rainbow Chicken, and Pingu. During the battle, Jenny is targeted by a rocket, but Europosaurus sacrifices himself to save her, resulting in his death and Jenny's injury. Kenny witnesses this and angrily retaliates. Leon notices Kenny's changed demeanour and tries to comfort her, but she rebuffs him.
Loss and Remembrance [0:57]
Grief-stricken by Jenny's injury and Europosaurus's death, Leon remembers Barbara and seeks her out at the bar. He finds Barbara fighting Zoran's army and Moore. Barbara is happy to see Leon again but informs him of Guuehan's death at the hands of Arthur. Leon, angered by this news, decides to review the CVTV footage to understand what happened.
Zoran's Brutality and Leon's Resolve [1:29]
Leon and Barbara watch the CVTV footage, revealing Zoran's attack on the police station to acquire weapons. The footage shows Zoran killing Edgar Ross in cold blood. Leon, witnessing Zoran's brutality, resolves to stop him to prevent further deaths. Barbara pledges to protect the city while Leon confronts Zoran.
Journey to Iceworld and Frank's Injury [2:04]
On his way to the guard's base, Leon finds the remains of Zoran's soldiers being consumed by Scorpio's Rex. At the base, he learns of Thzo's death. Leon then rushes to Iceworld to rescue Frank, Deodon, Direwolf, Sarah, and Johnny. He finds Frank severely injured and learns of Zoran's army's plan to kidnap him. After eliminating the enemies, Leon encourages the others to care for Frank and themselves.
Shambala Activation [3:24]
Leon returns to his base to prepare for war against Zoran and to save Samantha. Ixie insists on joining Leon, sensing a powerful event occurring. Suddenly, a massive explosion occurs, and continents rise from the ground and sky, merging different biomes and creating new creatures and mutants. Leon realises that Zoran has activated Shambala, endangering the world. Ixie warns of the dire consequences if Zoran isn't stopped.
Assembling the Team and the March to Shambala [4:13]
Leon convinces Kenny to join him, reminding him of his responsibility to Jenny. Patrick, scared of Boba Fett, also joins the group. Leon instructs Emma to care for Ishi as his army sets out for Shambala. Ixie secretly follows them. Leon's army faces heavy resistance, but he presses on towards Shambala's entrance.
The Factory Infiltration [5:09]
Leon arrives at his old base, finding it unguarded. He encounters a large army of Zoran's soldiers and enlists the help of Elite Trike and Elite Spino to create a diversion. While they attack, Leon sneaks towards the entrance of Shambala, finding it locked. He decides to infiltrate the factory to open the doors. Inside, he battles robot human grunts and encounters William Afton, whom he quickly dispatches.
Confrontation with Spring Bonnie and Rtophen [6:27]
Deeper inside the factory, Leon and Kenny discover the robot manufacturing facility. They meet Lena, a half-robot, half-human girl who wants to escape Rtophen. As Leon approaches the button to open the doors, Richard attacks. Rtophen appears, revealing William Afton in a Spring Bonnie suit. Spring Bonnie attacks Leon, revealing his intention to obtain artifacts. Rtophen threatens to turn Leon's loved ones into robots.
Sacrifice and Victory [10:10]
Leon lures Spring Bonnie into damaging the factory's cables, disrupting the machine. As the factory collapses, Kenny sacrifices himself to further damage the cables, ensuring the destruction of the facility. Leon kills Rtophen and escapes the exploding factory with Lena. He informs Lena of Kenny's sacrifice and tells her that Rtophen and Spring Bonnie are dead. They proceed towards Shambala, while Ixie, feeling a surge of power, decides to explore the new world.
