Robert Dobre, 53, from the Greater Toronto Area, faces charges including theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order. Ahmad Alahmad, 54, from Mississauga, is also wanted as the alleged driver of a white Lexus involved in these incidents and faces theft charges as well. Warrants have been issued for their arrests, and police have released surveillance images of the suspects.

A Sarnia homeowner has been charged with arson following a fire at his residence on Echo Road. An off-duty police officer reported suspicious activity and flames coming from the garage. The officer followed a man fleeing the scene. Firefighters discovered that a copper line feeding natural gas to a fireplace had been tampered with, and candles were placed to spread the gas. The 31-year-old homeowner faces charges including arson, mischief endangering life, common nuisance endangering life, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
